1. Vehicle vibrates/shakes when clutch is being released, at take off. 2. Dished and warped flywheel.
CAUSE
Flywheel not even.
Deep scoring indentations from previous worn clutch.
SOLUTION
Always resurface flywheel before installing new clutch. Refer Figure below.
